Job Responsibilities

  • Perform research on feedstock resources (dairy, hog, waste water treatment, MSW, etc.) for various waste to biogas projects

  • Meet with potential feedstock providers

  • Research and determine local economic value of multiple types of revenue streams, such as fertilizer, digestate, fiber, etc.

  • Collaborate with Brightmark resources to structure an offering for providers of feedstock

  • Present offering to feedstock providers, negotiate commercial terms, and close the deal


Ideal Candidate

  • Community knowledge and relationships

  • Strong organization, problem solving and communication skills

  • Knowledge around local policies, bio incentives, renewable incentive programs, etc.

  • Knowledge around local fertilizer markets, waste water facilities, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred


Compensation & Term
TBD monthly retainer based on project requirements
