Project developer

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local land and permitting resources
- Manage third party resources, proposals, contracts, timelines, budgets
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate project meetings and track project progress
- Create and track project schedules
- Performing research on utility tariffs, government incentives and environmental regulation
- Perform research on feedstock resources for various waste to energy projects
- Maintain detailed and organized files, documents and database management
- Participate in proposal, planning preparation and administration of new business
- Prepare purchase orders and work orders for projects
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Compiling and preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years relevant functional and/or energy industry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Project)
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of project management
- Strong organization, problem solving and communication skills
